I have joined the Alzheimer Society of Kenora/Rainy River Districts on their annual Ride for Memories! This charitable event helps raise awareness and funds to help support individuals and families living with Alzheimer disease and related dementia.
Your contribution will have a direct impact on the life of someone living with dementia, whether it be in the form of an art therapy session, a personalized iPod, or even just a touch quilt. Every cent raised locally, stays local, and goes towards funding one of our many programs and servcies. The last two years have been rocky, but dementia doesn't stop and neither can we!
So let's climb back up on our bikes and work to make the 21st annual Ride for Memories the best one yet!
