Join us on May 25, for a celebratory Walk at historic Fort York! We are inviting all the communities in Toronto to come together collaboratively to honour those impacted by dementia. Whoever you’re walking for, rally your team members, tie up those laces and get ready to join with family, friends and your community for a day of celebration.
We are seeking individuals who are living with dementia or caring for someone with dementia who want to help develop a guiding vision that will inform the work we do at the Alzheimer Society Toronto (AST). As someone who participates in our programs and services – you are a critical voice we need to hear!
We are hosting an in-person Music Clinic. All individuals living with any form of dementia or Alzheimer’s and their caregivers are welcome to attend.
During this session we will be curating free, personalized music players for all individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia, so make sure to bring your list of favourite songs and artists.
