Programs Pre-Requisites:
* Completion of either the Dementia Care Training Program (DCTP, ODCTP, or zDCTP) or U-FIRST! within the past 3 years * Be currently working with someone living with dementia
We will be doing the exercise portion of our Minds in Motion each session as well as some Trivia. The exercise is a mix of cardio, stretch and balance and is 45min in length.
Every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning from 10:00 am to 11:00 am
