People living with dementia have been disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex continues to provide vital services for families living with dementia, delivering programs in new ways - virtually, over the phone, online, and safe home delivery of recreation kits and education materials. Your gift will ensure no one living with dementia in our community goes unsupported:

• $250 will fund two in-home activity kits for clients unable to access online programs;
• $500 will support five virtual one-on-one social work visits to clients and care partners struggling with isolation;
• $1200 will provide wraparound services - counselling, education, and recreation - for two client families for an entire year.

While the way we work has evolved, what has not changed is the need.
