Living with Ambiguous Loss Support Group (4 sessions) - ONLINE

The concept of "Ambiguous Loss" will be explored with participants. Participants will have an opportunity to learn about Pauline Boss' theory and obtain strategies to implement in their own lives. By using Pauline Boss' theory, participants should obtain a better understanding of their own experience of grief related to caring for their family member and friend. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Develop an understanding of the concept of "Ambiguous Loss"
  • Develop coping strategies to implement in their own lives
  • Obtain a better understanding of their own experience of grief related to caring for their own family member 
Dates and Time: Thursdays - June 18, 25, July 2 and 9 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
 
Support group will be conducted by Zoom online.
