Understanding First Steps: When is it time to see my Doctor? How do I get a diagnosis? What do I do next?

Every 3 seconds, 1 person is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease. So many questions come to mind. Our panel will include Dr. Sharon Cohen, Neurologist and Director of Toronto Memory Program, Scott Russell, CEO of the Alzheimer Society of Toronto, a General Practitioner, a Caregiver and an individual with memory decline. We will answer some of the most often asked questions including:

  • How do I get a diagnosis?
  • What factors should be considered and when should I be screened for the disease?
  • Where do I turn for support?

COST: FREE, registration is required.
