This monthly support group, led by trained volunteer facilitators, provides caregivers with the opportunity to discuss the many challenges of caring for a family member with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias, with others who understand.

Our goal is to: 

• Provide a safe setting which promotes mutual support, both practical and emotional, throughout the course of the disease.
• Enhance caregiver's knowledge of the illness, available supports and coping strategies

Refreshment will be provided.
