Participants will be guided through
gentle chair yoga and learn straightforward nutrition tips and mindfulness
practices to enhance health and wellbeing. Discover simple tools that can
improve mood and cognition, decrease stress, improve sleep, and increase
energy, balance and strength.
Facilitators: Ingrid Wirsig is a Program Coordinator
at the Sunnybrook Academic Family Health Team and a certified yoga therapist
(C-IAYT). She is an experienced yoga teacher with a special interest in yoga
for seniors and mental health.
Annie Hoang is a registered
dietitian at the Sunnybrook Academic Family Health Team. She practices
through an educational lens to help clients work toward their health and
nutrition goals.

Event is for people living with dementia and their care partners.. Please wear comfortable clothing.
