LGBTQI2S+ Caregiver Support Group - ONLINE

Are you or a loved one part of the LGBTQI2S+ community and impacted by dementia and/or Alzheimer’s Disease?
The Alzheimer Society of Toronto will be running a support group that will provide an opportunity for participants to share and learn with others in a supportive and inclusive environment. Participants will decide on the focus and direction of the group, and both practical and emotional needs will be explored.
The support group meet every last Thursday of the month from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm using Zoom
