Vision Session Participants Wanted!

Alzheimer Society of Toronto is a participant in the submission of a readiness assessment to create a new Ontario Health Team in North York. This process has been facilitated through the leadership of North York General hospital.

If you have experience as a patient and/or caregiver within the health system, and would like to share your thoughts, we would like your input!

You are invited to join us on Wednesday, June 5 to help partners across the health system re-imagine healthcare in Ontario.

The visioning session will be held at North York General hospital, Academic Centre, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please register to attend.
