Dear Supporter,

This September during World Alzheimer’s Month, your monthly gift will have double the impact thanks to the Catherine Booth & Michael Kirk Social Recreation Fund.

Throughout the month, you will meet real people whose stories illustrate the ups, downs, and uncertainties of being affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.

Will you make a monthly impact to help support social recreation programs, education, and counselling, people living with dementia and their care partners need most?

This is your chance to make a lasting difference for thousands of people.

DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT

COVID-19 Safeguards

As COVID-19 restrictions have loosened across the province, we have changed some of our practices while continuing to take steps to minimize risks to our clients. We remain a mask friendly environment and will continue to ensure distance is provided between clients in our group programs.  We want all clients to feel safe when participating in our programs. Join us for in-person programs!

In-Person Programming Returns!

As noted in our COVID-19 Safeguards, we have safely resumed many of our in-person programs. We have several support and education groups running throughout Simcoe County, as well as Minds in Motion sessions in select communities.  It has been so nice to interact face-to-face with each other again to share stories, laugh, exercise and obtain support. FIND A PROGRAM THAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU >>
