Throughout the month of May, our community worked together to show those living with dementia and their care partners that they do not walk this journey alone.
Together, our Walkers walked and fundraised along the way, collectively raising over $1,300,000 across Ontario! Thank you for your hard work and commitment. Our Walkers helped raise crucial funds and awareness to meet the growing demand in life-changing programs and services that our community relies on.
See you in 2023!
Thank you IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s Huron Perth sponsors.
