If you are a caregiver over 55 years of age, we invite you to take part in a focus group on the topic of social isolation and system navigation conducted by  The ENRICHES Collective. The focus group will touch on your experience with social isolation, what led you to connect with services at the Alzheimer Society of Toronto, your experience with the programs and how helpful these programs were in terms of reducing isolation.

Refreshment will be provided.
