This free workshop will help family caregivers identify the sources of stress in their lives and develop coping strategies.
By attending this workshop, participants will:
- Explore different types of stress caregivers may experience
- Develop coping strategies to deal with the stress
- Become aware of the importance of self-care for the caregiver
- Develop an understanding of the supportive services available in the community and where to go to get those results
