Minds in Motion: Intergenerational Program
East Metro Youth Services

Minds in Motion is a program that combines physical activity, mental, and social stimulation for individuals living with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias, and their care partners.

This program will be facilitated by Alzheimer Society Toronto staff and supported by youth volunteers from East Metro Youth Services.

Program Dates: November 9 to December 21, 2015
Mondays 4-6PM

  • November 23
  • November 30
  • December 7
  • December 14
  • December 21

Please note: Attendance to an information session and a pre-assessment are required to participate in this program. Minds in Motion is currently in pilot phase. As such, participants will be asked to take part in the evaluation and research component of the program. Your feedback will be used to ensure the program meets its objectives.
